Awaken your body with yoga, meditation and breath. Re-connect with yourself. We will also talk about your goals and make a plan for any further classes when wanted. If you have requested orthomolecular advice, we will discuss the results of the tests (you will get by email to fill in before our appointment) as well.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours before appointment cancelation and a 100% refund or you can reschedule this appointment. If there is a later cancelation you will get no refund. If you have any questions, don't hesitate and send us an email.
